Victoria Collard
A life shaped by music, recovery, disability, and frontline advocacy. Amplifying the voices of people who feel ignored.
About Victoria
Victoria Collard lived in Los Angeles for 22 years, where she built a professional career in music while working alongside highly marginalised communities.
Her professional background includes work as a forensic mental health case manager supporting justice-involved individuals navigating mental health systems, addiction recovery, housing instability, and reintegration into society.
Part of this work included supporting clients within the Los Angeles mental health court system, helping individuals access treatment pathways and recovery programmes designed to stabilise lives rather than perpetuate cycles of incarceration.
Victoria’s life changed dramatically after a motorcycle accident and the progression of a serious autoimmune disease ended her music career and significantly limited her mobility.
She now directs that same determination toward advocacy for people navigating abuse, addiction recovery, and systems that often leave individuals without clear guidance.
Amplify The People

The work focuses particularly on supporting women and children facing abuse, addiction recovery challenges, discrimination, or destabilising situations.
The goal is simple: help people understand their options, regain stability, and move forward with dignity and strength.
